Schiller Institute UN Liaison Richard Black has been in Minsk, Belarus, participating in a two-day conference on Eurasian security, where he presented a paper reviewing the historical perspective and role of Lyndon LaRouche to this purpose.
Black gave several interviews on the sidelines.
