Zelenskyy's Road Show to Israel Canceled

Cold water has been poured upon the campaign of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to make a public relations visit to Israel. Israel’s major news portal YNet reported today, citing undisclosed sources, that Zelenskyy had been told that “it’s not the right time.” Zelenskyy’s office had made an official request to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, as reported by Axios on Oct. 11 and the Times of Israel on Oct. 13.
