Israel Trains Its Sights on Khan Younis in the South

First Israel ordered Palestinians in the north of Gaza to evacuate to the south. Now, they’re telling those same people, now displaced, to evacuate again. But to where? IDF spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said yesterday that the military could extend its attack on Hamas to southern Gaza, where hundreds of thousands of civilians have fled from the current fighting that’s mostly confined to the northern part of the Gaza Strip, reported Bloomberg. Efforts to destroy Hamas “will happen every place where Hamas is, and Hamas is also in the south of Gaza,” he said in a briefing.
