Putin Meets with Security Team in Dagestan, Calls Out West for Wanting Mideast Chaos

Following the Oct. 29 riot at the airport in the capital of Dagestan, Russian President Vladimir Putin traveled there to meet with security officials about the incident. During the publicized meeting, Putin also made comments on the crisis between Israel and Palestine and the overall world strategic situation.

“The terrible events that are now taking place in the Gaza Strip, when hundreds of thousands of innocent people are being indiscriminately killed … cannot be justified by anything. … But we should not, do not have the right and cannot allow ourselves to be guided by emotions. We must clearly understand who is really behind the tragedy of the peoples of the Middle East and other regions of the world, who is organizing the deadly chaos, and who benefits from it….

“Those who are behind the conflict in the Middle East, other regional crises will be using their destructive consequences to sow hatred, set people at odds across the world. This is a real goal of such geopolitical string-pullers,” Putin said. “They want never-ending chaos in the Middle East.”
