Russia Cites Proof of U.S.-NATO Transferring Toxic Chemicals to Ukrainian Forces

Speaking at the recent session of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OCPW) at The Hague on Nov. 27, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Kirill Lysogorsky said that Russia had “indisputable evidence” of shipments by the U.S. and NATO of toxic chemicals to Ukraine, as well as their means of delivery. These included, according to Lysogorsky, riot control chemicals transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to Ukrainian mercenaries working on the side of Ukraine.
