On Sept. 21 they were in Moscow, where they met with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. According to TASS Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud stated at the meeting: “We can see that crimes against civilians in the Gaza Strip are piling up and innocent blood is being spilled … [and] hospitals and civilian infrastructure facilities are being destroyed. Self-defense [by Israel] cannot justify these actions.”
