Latest Hunter Biden Indictment Focuses on Taxes, Ignores Source of Income

In his commentary on the Dec. 7 Hunter Biden indictment, Patrick Lawrence points out the obvious omissions in the 56-page document prepared under the direction of now-special counsel David Weiss.

Dozens of pages recount the millions of dollars Hunter Biden earned over several years, during which time he did not pay taxes on his income. “Rather than pay his taxes, the Defendant spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle,” says the indictment, in an effort to make readers believe that Weiss is offended by the behavior of the man for whom he had worked so hard to provide plea deal so extremely generous that it was thrown out under judicial review.
