Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced on Dec. 22, following a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, that the Netherlands was preparing the delivery of the first tranche of F-16s, said to number 18 aircraft, to Ukraine, reported RT.
