Zelenskyy's New Interest in the Arctic—Why?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who on his way back from the United States made an unannounced stop at the U.S. air base in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim on Dec. 14, still did not return to Kiev, but instead arrived in Oslo on Dec. 13 to attend the summit of Northern European countries, which had a focus on NATO’s plans for using the military infrastructures of Finland and Sweden. The unanswered question here is what is Ukraine’s role in that?
