Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held meetings individually with the Turkish and Iranian Foreign Ministers on the sidelines of a United Nations Security Council meeting.
In Lavrov’s meeting with Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, the two discussed cooperation on seeking a resolution to the Gaza conflict, They also discussed the upcoming official visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Türkiye, but a date has yet to be set.
