Nevada Federal Judge Dismisses Suit To Remove Trump From Ballot

U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed a lawsuit on Jan. 8, filed to have Donald Trump removed from that state’s election ballot. The suit had been filed by John Anthony Castro of Texas, who claims to be a presidential candidate, but admits that he is running for the sole purpose of filing lawsuits in multiple states to have Trump removed from the ballot, Newsweek reported. He has no intention of running a serious campaign otherwise.
