Nigerian Automobile Technicians Association (NATA), a national professional body of micro-, small- and medium-scale auto mechanics, issued a warm and lengthy statement of camaraderie and support for demonstrating German farmers. The body represents 2 million workers across Nigeria.
Signed by Comrade Samson Oladele Odewale, National President, and Comrade David Ajetunmobi, National Secretary, the public message urges German Chancellor Olaf Scholz “with his billion-euro budget blunder to put in place all necessary reforms to bring [the] German economy back to Germans and stop sacrificing the interests … of Germans for the inordinate and narrow interests of [the] military industrial financial complex. The German economy should be citizen-based and not military industrial financial complex-driven.
