Former President Obama joined President Biden for lunch recently, wherein the two were able to discuss Obama’s concerns about Biden’s campaign and the upcoming 2024 election against Trump, according to a report in the Washington Post. The report is supposedly based on three people familiar with the conversation.

“Former President Barack Obama has raised questions about the structure of President Biden’s reelection campaign, discussing the matter directly with Biden,” the article says. Obama reportedly grew “animated” in discussing the upcoming election, and the potential of another Trump victory. Obama apparently told people close to Biden, although not to the President’s face, that the campaign must “move aggressively” if it is to be able to gear up for a victory.
