Polish PM Visits Kiev, Promises to Help Ukraine Win the War Against Russia

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk arrived in Kiev this morning where he met with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, among others, according to officials, where he declared that that the future of the world is being decided in Ukraine and that Warsaw will “do everything in our power” to keep supporting Kyiv “in its war effort against the Russian attack.”

Tusk told reporters after his meetings that “Poland will do everything in our power to increase Ukraine’s chances of winning this war,” reported Polish Raido. He stressed that “there is nothing more important than supporting Ukraine in its war effort against the Russian attack.” He said the government in Warsaw would continue supporting Ukraine “for moral reasons,” as well as “for the sake of Poland’s national security.”
