The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to reconsider the rejection of a lawsuit against a pro-Palestinian political movement, the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR), ending a multi-year saga that started in 2019.
The Jewish National Fund has been trying to sue USCPR for providing “material support and encouragement” to terrorists. “USCPR aided and abetted said acts of international terrorism,” claims the complaint.
From this wording, you’d think the USCPR was sending bombs! But the activity was political in nature, promoting lawful actions.
