The Kiev regime claimed credit for a drone attack on an oil refinery in Volgograd (before 1991, Stalingrad) today that started a fire. A Ukrainian source told Reuters this morning that two drones hit the facility in an operation conducted by the SBU security service. “By hitting oil refineries working for the Russian military-industrial complex, we not only cut off the logistics of fuel supplies for enemy equipment, but also reduce the filling of the Russian budget,” the source claimed.
