If the €50 billion future aid to Kiev, decided Feb. 1 in Brussels, is added to the total aid—military and civilian—given so far by the EU, this totals €159.3 billion ($173.35 billion)—higher than what the U.S. has given so far ($113 billion). If the new package proposed by Biden is approved by Congress, the U.S. total aid to Ukraine, though, will rise to $174 billion. That adds up to a cumulative $350 billion. (Did they agree to make it 50/50)?
