Before leaving to participate in the French President’s summit on a Western strategy to defeat Russia, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico revealed in a brief televised statement that he had read a “restricted document” listing topics to be discussed at the Paris meeting that “sends shivers down your spine.”
The topics “imply that a number of NATO and EU member states are considering sending troops to Ukraine on a bilateral basis. I can’t say for what purpose or what they would do there,” he said, but “for me, today’s meeting is a confirmation that the West’s strategy has completely failed when it comes to Ukraine.”
