March 7, 2024 (EIRNS)—In the middle of the current debate about Taurus and ground troops to Ukraine, which has shaken up Germany, on March 6 the Berliner Zeitung reported in detail on the Wall Street Journal’s (WSJ) “leaked” draft of the peace treaty of April 2022, drawn up by Russian and Ukrainian negotiators and sabotaged by the West (above all by Boris Johnson).
The WSJ article speaks of “profound concessions that negotiators on both the Russian and Ukrainian sides considered as Kiev struggled in the first weeks of the war” and goes through the various elements of the draft. Certainly very useful, but why so late?
