March 7, 2024 (EIRNS)—Sounding for all the world as if he were reading a text cribbed from a North Korean state media report about that nation’s infallible leader, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough gushed with praise for Joe Biden’s mental faculties: “I undersold [Joe Biden] when I said he is ‘cogent.’ He’s far beyond cogent. In fact, I think he’s better than he’s ever been, intellectually, analytically, because he’s been around for fifty years,” he said.
Then, the money quote: “I’m about to tell you the truth, and F you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever, not a close second…. If it weren’t the truth, I wouldn’t say it.”
