March 8, 2024 (EIRNS)—Rev. Munther Isaac, the Evangelical Lutheran Pastor of Bethlehem who has sought without rest to mobilize the people and governments of the West to stop the genocide underway against the Palestinian people, told Middle East Eye with sadness in an interview published March 7, that the world has left Palestinians to face genocide alone.
Reverend Isaac did not minimize the support that has come from around the world. Palestinians are grateful for that, “for South Africa’s courage,” for those who have sent humanitarian aid and those who have come to help Gaza rebuild, he said.
