March 26, 2024 (EIRNS)—The head of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) Aleksandr Bortnikov today confirmed, though in qualified remarks, that FSB suspected the U.S., the U.K., and Ukraine of being behind the March 22 terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert in Moscow’s suburb of Krasnogorsk. He replied to a media question as to whether the U.S., Britain and Ukraine could be behind the terrorist attack, saying: “We think that this is so. In any case, we are now talking about the information that we have.” He also confirmed that they believe Ukraine had prepared for the arrival of the four gunmen, but added that this, also, is still being examined, and that further work is needed to determine whether their present information is fully accurate.
