Kiev Regime Admits It’s Attacking Russian Because It’s Losing the War

April 4, 2024 (EIRNS)—Officials from the Kiev regime’s military intelligence admit that they are behind attacks on Russian soil and are doing it because they’re losing the war. Maj Gen Vadym Skybytskyi, deputy chief of the HUR, Ukraine’s main directorate of military intelligence, told Guardian reporter Luke Harding that victory was currently impossible on the battlefield, given Russia’s military superiority and a shortage on the Ukrainian side of artillery shells and fighter jets, and suggested that Kyiv had “no choice” but to take the fight to targets deep behind enemy lines, including military infrastructure, command-and-control centers, and industrial production sites that made “weapons and munitions.”
