April 9, 2024 (EIRNS)—Responding to a media on April 8 asking him to comment “on the statements by U.S. officials that Ukraine’s accession to NATO can only occur when the conflict is over?” Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov replied: “Washington absolutely refuses to listen to the statements about our firm opposition to Kiev’s membership in the North Atlantic Alliance.
