Ukraine in NATO Will Lead to Nuclear Apocalypse, Musk Tweets

April 5, 2024 (EIRNS)—Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk replied quickly on his X site to a post by ALX of Secretary Blinken’s April 4 comments about Ukraine joining NATO, in which Musk wrote: “This is how a movie about a nuclear apocalypse begins.” The entrepreneur attached to his message an excerpt from the American film “The Next Day,” which depicts a nuclear war between the United States and the Soviet Union. While it is clear that Ukraine will receive no invitation at the July NATO summit in Washington, Blinken assured Ukraine that it would eventually be allowed to join the organization—a clear provocation to Russia.
