U.S., Japan, Australia, Philippines Announce ‘Show of Force’ Exercises in South China Sea

April 6, 2024 (EIRNS)—The United States, Japan, Australia and the Philippines announced today that they will hold joint exercises in the South China Sea on April 7 in what the Associated Press describes as “a show of force Sunday in the South China Sea where Beijing’s aggressive actions to assert its territorial claims have caused alarm.”
