April 26, 2024 (EIRNS)—The Bureau of Labor Statistics published a jobs report that indicates that the BLS monthly job reports for 2023 Q2 and Q3 are overstated by a total of 1.321 million jobs.

Speaking of overstatements, GDP forecast by the Atlanta Fed of 3% has been revised 50% down. In the initial estimate released on April 25 by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, it was revealed that the actual U.S. Gross Domestic Product expanded by 1.6% on an annualized basis in the January-March period.
