China's Embassy Slams Shapps's ‘Groundless’ Accusation

The spokesperson for China’s embassy in London issued a sharp statement today, charging that the statements made yesterday by U.K. Defense Secretary Grant Shapps, that China was providing Russia with “lethal aid” for use in the war against Ukraine, are “completely groundless.”
