With language like that imposed against China about supplying “dual use” technology to Russia, France and the Netherlands have reportedly proposed an EU transactions ban on any entity that supplies alleged dual-use goods to Moscow’s military, Reuters reports.
The EU already has its own ban in place on selling to Russia certain dual-use goods and technologies that have both a civilian and military application.
