Speaking at China’s Harbin University of Technology, Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined plans to enhance trade between the Russian Far East and China’s Northeast provinces. He emphasized improving infrastructure and creating favorable business conditions, including tax and customs preferences and the Free Port of Vladivostok.

Putin noted the importance of learning from China’s success in creating preferential regimes for regional development. He highlighted that investments in the Far East are three times higher than in other Russian regions, reflecting investor confidence.
