Russian President Vladimir Putin traveled to the city of Korolyov in the Moscow region to meet with the heads of enterprises of the military-industrial complex and representatives of law enforcement agencies. The meeting took place at the site of the Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation enterprise. He indicated the progress that has been made in increasing the production of weapons, noting that it was absolutely important that every ruble spent on this production be used effectively.
Putin focused the attention of the meeting participants, saying: “It is important to continue to step up efforts to ensure the regular provision of the Armed Forces with advanced, high-tech weapons and equipment.” He explained that this applies to unmanned, aviation and ground-based systems, high-precision weapons, electronic warfare systems and counter-battery systems.
