G7 Demands Russia Pay $486 Billion for Reparations to Ukraine

RT reports today that the leaders of the Group of Seven nations have demanded that Russia pay $486 billion to Ukraine in damage allegedly inflicted by the ongoing conflict, according to a joint statement issued on June 14. They added that Russian assets will remain frozen until Moscow ends the conflict and pays compensation. They are using a World Bank calculation to place a value on the damage in Ukraine.
