The Times Gives Coverage to Assassination Plans Against Russian Leadership

The Times of London gives major coverage to a meeting of the Russian “opposition” around former Duma member Ilya Ponomarev in Warsaw. His gaggle of 60 or so thugs, calling themselves the “Congress of People’s Deputies” drew up a seven-point program to overthrow the Kremlin. The “Victory Plan,” as they call it, includes calls on the West to support the organization, expand sanctions against Russia, and increase arms supplies to Ukraine. In addition, the group asks the West to support “revolutionary actions within Russia.” Support means permission to use Western weapons and cooperation with Ukrainian intelligence services, according to The Times. This program is scheduled to be presented to the 75th NATO Summit in Washington. According to The Times, it supports the murder of politicians who support President Putin.
