Russian Defense Ministry Highlights Mobile ICBM Training

In a posting including video on its Telegram channel, the Russian Ministry of Defense highlighted yesterday a training exercise involving a mobile Yars ICBM unit. “Yars land-based mobile missile system crews train to march on a distance of up to 100 kilometers, deploy the systems’ components with changes of field positions, set up those positions, camouflage the systems, and organize combat security,” it said. “The servicemen also work out issues of countering sabotage and reconnaissance groups.”
