Steve Bannon’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to delay reporting to begin serving his four-month jail sentence was rejected on June 28, according to the New York Times. As a result Bannon will have to report to the low-security federal prison at Danbury, Connecticut on July 1. Bannon was found guilty in July 2022 in a Washington court on charges of ignoring a Congressional subpoena to investigate his role in the January 6 events.
