Global Times Exposes the Regime- Change Role of the NED

Under the title “NED ‘A White Glove’ of U.S. Govt To Subvert State Power, Cultivate ‘Color Revolution,” China’s Global Times published a detailed report on the role of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) in “instigating color revolutions, inciting division and confrontation”; “interfering in other countries’ internal affairs”; and “cultivation of pro-U.S. forces,” referring to a Foreign Ministry report on “The National Endowment for Democracy: What It Is and What It Does.”
