Belgorod regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on his Telegram channel today that Ukrainian shelling of several districts and the regional center killed 5 people and wounded 52 others—all civilians. In addition, 53 apartments in 15 apartment buildings, 47 cars, 2 social facilities, 2 retail facilities, 1 infrastructure facility, and 3 garages were damaged in Belgorod, 1 passenger car was completely burned, reported TASS. Gladkov said that the attack was carried out with cluster munitions launched by the Vampire multiple-launch rocket system. The same weapon, provided to Ukraine by the Czech Republic, was used in the Christmas market massacre last December, when 25 Russian civilians were killed and 100 more wounded by Ukrainian cluster munitions.
