With his busy schedule during his Sept. 9-10 visit to London for top-level meetings, U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken managed to find time to stop in at the British Crown’s Chatham House (also known as Royal Institute for International Affairs/RIIA), for a little chat on Sept. 10 with Director Bronwen Maddox. Only a press release was made available, which indicated that Blinken spoke before an “invited audience” to discuss Ukraine’s “long-term strategic success and how to bolster its capabilities militarily, economically and diplomatically.” He popped over after his press conference with U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy at the Foreign Office.
