Czech Leader Follows Heads of Hungary and Slovakia, Surges in Popularity

Politico reported yesterday that former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has been echoing the points made by the Hungarian Prime Ministers of Hungary Viktor Orbán and Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico, which has sent Babiš a surge in his national poll ratings. Of note, on June 30, he had joined with Orbán to form the EU Parliament’s Patriots for Europe grouping, which overnight became a leading faction in the EU.
