The newly minted NATO Secretary General, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, is all-in on approving Ukraine-based deep strikes into Russian territory with Western precision-guided missiles, according to RT At his inaugural press conference Oct. 1, Rutte said: “We know international law, and according to international law, this right does not end at the border. So that means that supporting Ukraine’s right to self-defense means that it is also possible for them to strike legitimate targets on the aggressor territory.” Rutte clarified that it would not be a NATO decision, but was up to individual members.
