With all the buncombe in Washington and in the media about D.P.R.K. troops in Russia, or in Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov clarified the nature of the defense agreement between Russia and the D.P.R.K. “Only in the event of aggression against any of the parties to this treaty will the provision on military assistance be activated. That is, if there is no aggression against the D.P.R.K., then the relevant provisions of this treaty will remain as they are formulated and put on paper.”
