The crisis of “e-mobility” in the German automobile sector worsens by the month, despite any starry-eyed delusions from boosters of an e-car boom. Besides e-car sales dropping, new e-car buyers are returning their vehicles. In the past seven months, fully one-third of all e-cars bought in Germany were returned to the sales dealers, in exchange for a gasoline or diesel model.
