Türkiye and Kuwait Deliver Relief Aid Directly to Sudanese Government

A ship carrying 2,500 tons of aid from Türkiye and Kuwait arrived in Port Sudan yesterday, delivering aid directly to the Sudanese government. The “Sudan Ship” was welcomed by Sudanese officials, including Culture and Information Minister Graham Abdelkader and Transport Minister Abubakr Abu al-Qasim. Also present were the Turkish Ambassador to Sudan Fatih Yildiz, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Kuwaiti Embassy in Khartoum Mohammed Ibrahim al-Hamed. The ship was funded by the Kuwait Relief Society under orders from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, reported Hürriyet Daily News.
