“I believe Europe has been debased big time,” Russian President Putin told journalists at his Nov. 28 press conference in Astana. “It ceased to exist as an independent center, an independent political and sovereign center of international politics. It will not think twice before dancing the polka to the tune played by the U.S. administration, even if it hurts its own interests.”
