The Kiev regime has not confirmed the use of ATACMS in yesterday’s strike on a Russian arms depot in the Bryansk Region, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised more such strikes. “Without going into unnecessary details, Ukraine has long-range capabilities. It has domestically produced long-range drones; we now have long-range Neptunes, more than one. And now we have ATACMS, and we will use all of them,” he said in Kiev at a press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, replying to a question about the potential use of ATACMS for strikes on Russia, reported TASS.

Andriy Kovalenko, head of Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the presidency’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), confirmed the strike had been carried out without indicating which weapons had been used, adding that the storage site had previously been targeted by Ukrainian drones, reported the Kyiv Post. Kovalenko claimed that the depot stored artillery ammunition, with guided bombs, anti-aircraft missiles, and munitions for multiple launch rocket systems, much of which he claimed had been supplied by North Korea.
