Karin Kneissl, the former Foreign Minister of Austria, who currently works in exile from Russia as head of the Geopolitical Observatory for Russia’s Key Issues (GORKI) Center at St. Petersburg State University, wrote on her Telegram last night: “While the Biden administration builds up an explosive legacy of missiles for the next tenant of the White House, Russia responded today to the many recent provocations by NATO.
