Richard Dearlove, the Chief of Britain’s MI6 (Secret Intelligence Service from 1999-2004, who today is one the U.K.’s hands-on controllers of the Ukraine war against Russia, told Sky News on Nov. 27 that “we have to face up to the fact that the Russians think they’re in a state of war with us…. [Polish Prime Minister] Donald Tusk has referred to it as a pre-war situation. I think he’s wrong. I think it’s an actual war,” Dearlove added, according to an account in RT.
