French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot told the BBC today in an interview to be broadcast on Sunday, Nov. 24, that Paris does “not set and express red lines” on its support for Ukraine and that they permit it to fire French long-range missiles, the SCALP-EG cruise missiles, inside the pre-2014 borders of Russia. They have a range of 390 miles.
