Yesterday, Ukraine launched what the Russian Defense Ministry described as “a mass strike at civilian infrastructure on the territory of the Russian Federation. In total, 84 fixed-wing long-range unmanned aerial vehicles were used to launch this attack.” The ministry claimed in its statement that “All of the aerial targets were shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare means.”

“The main goal of the Kiev regime was to damage civilian objects in Moscow region,” it said. “In the course of the air defense battle from 8:17 to 9:47 in Ramenskoye district of Moscow region, 34 unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and suppressed. Fragments of the destroyed UAVs fell in three settlements, four houses caught on fire, and five people were injured.”
