Ukraine is continuing to pay the price for refusing to seek peace with Russia. “This morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation delivered a massive strike by high-precision air- and sea-based weapons, strike drones on critical energy infrastructure facilities that supported the Ukrainian defense industry and enterprises that produce military products,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported. “All planned targets were engaged.”
“We have hit energy generation facilities, oil refineries, fuel storage bases, airfields and foreign weapons storage depots,” the Two Majors Telegram channel reported, adding that two-thirds of Kyiv-controlled Ukraine are without electricity.
The Two Majors cited Ukrainian channels reporting that the Russians had employed air-launched and sea-launched cruise missiles, Iskander missiles, Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, drones and other weapons. Explosions were reportedly heard across Ukraine on Nov. 17, including in the capital, Kyiv, the key southern port of Odesa, as well as the country’s west and central regions, according to local reports.
